Customer feedback gives us a great insight into our customers’ experience, how well their expectations are being met and the intelligence necessary to make good decisions that will help our business grow.

In a single survey you can gather feedback on your product, the service you provide, overall quality and many other areas. I have designed the questionnaires to be as engaging as possible using the following guidelines:

- Keep them short
- Ask only necessary questions
- Start with open-ended questions
- Use radio buttons and tick boxes where possible
