I believe successful user experience design comes from understanding people and the environment they live in. This includes understanding how they behave and interact with technology.

Working across product development, my key objectives are to define and communicate the user experience vision for new and existing products. My role is to collaborate with product management, visual designers and engineers, advocating the best design for our users.

I help drive research activities to identify key user needs and requirements and interpret users’ needs into effective and thoughtful design solutions. I am responsible for requirements gathering, wireframe prototyping and testing of new functionality to learn from users.  I currently lead product designs based on results from research and usability tests, to create engaging end user experience.
